Are you an Associate MFT looking for a private practice associateship opportunity in the East Bay?
I am hiring associates MFTs interested in seeing 10 to 20 clients weekly in Lafayette and through telehealth.

Job Description
AMFT Position Requirements
Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Active AMFT license in CA.
Availability to attend ONLINE group supervision on Wednesdays from 11 am to 1 pm (individual supervision is also provided.)
Some experience working with children, teens, and adult clients.
Able to see clients in person in Lafayette as well as over Telehealth.
Must be willing to come into the office at least two days per week to see clients.
Must be available at least two evenings per week until 7 or 8 p.m. (OR one evening and a weekend day).
Ability to commit up to 20 hours a week.
Interest in learning ways to generate own referrals.
Must be able to provide proof of vaccination if hired.
Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the US is required.
Proficient and comfortable in using online databases for writing progress notes, Google Office Suite, and Slack.
Experience and comfortability with Telehealth services.
Personable, energetic, and compassionate personality.
Passion for mental health and working with children and families.
Community-oriented personality to connect with other therapists, desire to build a network.
Strong ability to personally relate one-on-one with each client and build solid relationships.
Are passionate about learning more about play therapy and other tools for working with parents, children, and families.
Strong interest in working with supervisors and colleagues to vulnerably self-reflect and grow as a person and therapist.
Love to play and explore how to use creativity as part of therapy.
Ability to manage client-induced anxiety and set boundaries with intrusive clients in a loving and healthy manner.
Optional Skills
Experience doing play therapy with children aged 5 to 12
Experience or interest in Neurofeedback.
Experience in marketing/networking.
Experience with online platforms TherapyNotes and Google Docs.
Fluency in any language in addition to English.
Experience working with children with learning differences such as sensory processing disorder, ADHD, and high-functioning Autism.
Experience or interest in running group therapy.

Salary
45% of all client fees
$16 per hour for supervision hours and for any mandatory meeting hours
